We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains how returns and refunds work alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Consumer guarantees
The ACL provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
Change of mind
Where we offer change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the timeframe stated at checkout or on your order confirmation. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct address and reference.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos if helpful. We will assess eligibility under the ACL and our warranty and arrange the appropriate remedy.
Shipping costs
Return postage may apply for change-of-mind returns. Where the ACL applies, we will confirm who covers return shipping as part of resolving your claim.
